📏 Size Chart
For the best compression and recovery results, size by your natural waist and hips — not your clothing size. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort during early post-op swelling.
| Size | Waist (in) | Waist (cm) | Hips (in) | Hips (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 25–27" | 63–69 cm | 35–37" | 89–94 cm |
| M | 27–30" | 69–76 cm | 37–40" | 94–102 cm |
| L | 30–33" | 76–84 cm | 40–43" | 102–109 cm |
| XL | 33–36" | 84–91 cm | 43–46" | 109–117 cm |
📐 How to Measure
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Post-op tip: If you are measuring during recovery, account for swelling — we recommend sizing up during the first 2–4 weeks post-surgery for a more comfortable fit.
