Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
International Shipping
We currently do ship internationally. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We collect duties and import taxes at checkout. Shopify partners with Avalara to provide this feature. To activate it, you must agree to Avalara's terms and conditions. Duties and import taxes are estimates, and you’ll be responsible for the final amount charged. The duty calculation fee is 0.5%.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at revirawellness@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
